Whether your destination is the bustling city of Delhi, the financial hub of Mumbai, the cultural heart of Chennai, or the scenic beauty of Kerala, completing your Arrival Card guarantees a smoother entry process into India.
All air travelers must complete the India Arrival Card online within 72 hours before travel. Through our website, travelers can apply in advance, and the approved Arrival Card will be processed and delivered to them 3 days prior to arrival.

Once submitted, the India Arrival Card form is processed through India’s official online immigration system. Travelers typically receive a confirmation email verifying that their registration has been successfully received and processed.
After completing the online form, you’ll receive a QR code confirmation by email. This QR code must be shown at airline check-in and immigration counters upon arrival in India. Travelers who do not complete the form in advance may experience delays at the airport.
A new India Arrival Card must be completed for each trip and submitted within 72 hours before travel.
If there are any problems—such as incomplete or inaccurate information—the airline or immigration authorities may ask travelers to correct or re-submit the form before boarding or upon arrival. It is important to ensure that all personal, travel, and health details are accurate and up to date.
Incorrect or missing information may result in delays or temporary denial of entry until the form is properly completed.
Our role is to assist travelers in completing the India Arrival Card accurately and on time. The review, approval, and processing of the form are handled solely by the Government of India’s immigration system.
