The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory digital system established by the
Singapore government to streamline immigration clearance for all travelers entering the country.
All international visitors—regardless of nationality or visa requirements—must complete the
SGAC before arrival.
This online procedure is part of Singapore’s initiative to modernize border operations, enhance traveler screening, and strengthen security. Travelers provide personal, travel, and health information, which is processed by Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to help ensure a smoother entry experience.
Whether visiting Singapore for tourism, business, family, or simply transiting through Changi Airport, completing the SGAC is an essential step before your journey. From exploring the Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands to enjoying Singapore’s diverse cuisine or attending global business events, travelers should complete the SGAC online in advance to avoid delays at immigration.
When accepted, the SGAC is digitally linked to the traveler’s passport and travel record within ICA’s system. There is no need to present a printed copy unless specifically requested — ICA officers can verify the declaration electronically upon arrival. A new SGAC must be completed for each trip to Singapore, and it should be submitted within three (3) days before arrival.
If there are problems with the SGAC — such as missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information — travelers may be asked to resubmit or correct their declaration before boarding or upon arrival. It is important that all details, including personal data, travel itinerary, and health information, are accurate. Incorrect or false submissions may result in delays, additional questioning, or penalties under Singapore immigration laws.
Our role is to assist travelers in completing the Singapore Arrival Card accurately and on time. The review, acceptance, and verification of the SGAC are conducted solely by Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority
