1. Refunds & Complaints

Our services are governed by United States Law and applicable international regulations. Because each application is a customised digital service, you agree to waive standard cancellation rights once your application is submitted.

2.How to Request a Refund or Lodge a Complaint

Send your request by email to inquiries@edocs.online. 90-day window: Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the payment date. Refund requests made more than 90 days after payment will not be honored unless supported by documented evidence of an error on our part.

24- to 72-hour response: We will review and reply to every refund or complaint email within 24 to 72 hours (business days). Please include the applicant’s full name, the email address used for the order, and your application Order ID number to speed up processing.

3. Application Processing Time

We aim to submit applications to the authorities within 24 hours of receiving a completed order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by government systems or other third parties. Do not apply if your departure is in less than 48 hours.

4. Fees and What They Cover

By paying our fee, you authorise us to act as your data-processing agent for your application process.

5. No Waiver

If we do not enforce any part of these terms at any time, it does not waive our right to enforce that part later.
